ABSTRACT ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN METODE PERTAHANAN TERHADAP SERANGAN DDOS Jimmy Dolly Sitompul NIM: 1381021 DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service) using a network topology simulation with Virtual Box in which installed windows 8.1. With the simulation of attack and defense of DDOS attacks, can be prevented by IP bloking from the Firewall to avoid any damage from the server. And data from the network can be seen and observed in case of DDOS attack by using Wireshark Key words: Network Security, DDoS, IP Blocker, Firewall, Network Analyzer, Penetration Testing.
