PERANAN PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL DALAM PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA PT TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA TBK. BANDUNG

This study aims to determine how big the role of intemal control in the implementation of good corporate goverance on PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Bandung. In conducting this researc[ the writer uses descriptive method, the method of collecting data by obsewing certain aspects related to the problem being str_rdied. Data collection techniques used by the author is through questionnaires, interviews, and by conducting library research. Questionnaire data were statistically processed using the Pearson product moment conelation analysis, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the intemal controls on PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Bandung has been executed well by achieving each indicator as follows: 79.33o/o of the control environment, nsk assessment 84.17o/o, 83% control activities, information and communication analysis of 83.670/o, 85.5% monitoring. While good corporate govemance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Bandung has been well implemented based on the achievement of each indicator as follows: 82%o tansparcncy, accountability 81 .33%, 8 5% accountabiliry, independen ce of 7 9%, 83% faimess. The results showed that intemal controls have a positlve relationship and a very strong towards the implementation of good corporate govemance with r value of 0.941. Hypothesis testing has been done to show that t count> t t^ble, 12.744> 1.721. lt can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is acc€pted, it means a sigrrificant relationship between intemal control to good corporate govemance.
