ABSTRACT EMPLOYEES EVALUATION SYSTEM ON PT PARAMOUNT BED INDONESIA Adam NIM: 1381007 Employee Performance Evaluation is a very important thing in business activities. The difference in principle between superiors and subordinates makes business activities sometimes run inappropriately. So the need for an employee performance evaluation activities that are useful to eliminate dissent, take employee performance data, and see the company's development with existing workers so far. Therefore the authors want to build a web-based program to conduct employee evaluation becomes easier and faster. So the author tries to make research, and the title of this research is “Employees Evaluation System on PT Paramount Bed Indonesia”. With the existence of web-based program is expected to utilize technology to be more optimal, especially in the field of employee performance evaluation. The purpose of this study there are 5: 1) Facilitate the performance evaluation of employees. 2) Provide a more accurate assessment because the data will be taken directly into the database. 3) Minimize the costs that have been used, such as paper, ink, and others. 4) Easily monitor the data that has been inputted by the user through the admin page. 5) Easily determine the best employees that can be viewed through the admin. The research method used in the writing method Waterfall Model. This employee evaluation system is expected to help PT Paramount Bed Indonesia to evaluate employees without using paper and ink. Head of department is also expected to fill the evaluation through Smartphone, PC, and Notebook. This evaluation system is also expected to assist the General Affairs Department in managing the evaluation data more accurately. Key Words: Information Systems, Evaluation.
