This study aims to dietermine how the implementation of supply chain management and how enoployee productivity as well as supply chain management affect employee producti vity at FrI NJS Suzuki service and parts department . In this mrdy the author ruses thedescriptive metho4 which is a method of direct research ofthe company in which the data obtained were processed, analyzed and finally concluded . DaLa were collected through a study of documentation , interviews and questionn.aires distributed to employees . Supply Chain Managem ent by PT NJS Suzuki was previously done manually , since 2011 PT NJS has a system called SDMS ( Suzuki Dealer Management System) and in the pre:sence of this system employees are morc effective in working because the work is not done manually anymore . And to apply this system, employees are giiven training so that all employees can use it . Overall the respondents; of the study can be concluded thal the purpose of employee productivity i:s satisfiing . This can be seen in lable 4.7 where the average value overall vvas 4.07, which is in the interval 3.40 to 4.19 with satisfactory . Based on the results of the analysis, the effect of supply chain management is analyzed with Pearson Broduct Moment . The stength of the relationship between variable X ( Supply Chaiin Management ) and variable Y ( Employee Productivity ) or correlation coefficient (.-s ) : 0.276 , means a weak relationship between supply chain managemerilt to employee productivity . T-count has magnitude of 1,522 and 2,048 for the t-tabel, thus Ho is accepted but the relationship between the two variables was no,t significant . The coefficient of determination of 2'7 .6 Yo is addressed by supply clhain management and the remaining 72.4 Vo is influenced by other factors outside tlhe study .
