PERANAN KOMPENSASI GAJI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI KARYAWAN PADA PT. NUSANTARA JAYA SENTOSA BANDUNG
XMLThe purpose of this study was to determine how the results of the salary compensation is applied and how the employee motivation at Sentosa Jaya Bandung PT.Nusantara and to deterrnine tbe role of salary compensation to motivate employees' salaries . The methods used by the author in this research is descriptive method, the method by collecting data based on real keaadaan, processed, analyzed to provide an overview of the object under study and draw some conclusions. The data were processed using analsisi correlation coefficient, hypothesis test. Based on the research resuhs kmowl to the implementation of cornpensation on PT . Nusantara Jaya Sentosa London has a total average value ( Mean ) for compensation of 4:23 where every indicator of the company's ability and availability for 4:15 , education and work experience at 4:16 , 4:26 of employment positions , with government laws and presidential decrees at 4:31 , the type and the nahue of work for 4:07 , then 4:43 for employee productivity . For the level ofemployee motivation has total average value ( Mean ) 4.18 *,here each indicator liability of 4.21 , the performance of4 33 , an award of4.l5 , 4 l5 for the challenge, the involvement of 3.73 ,4.31 for the next opportunit) . Frorn the analysis using a subset of the statistics with the correlation coefficient formula , the obtained r = 0.314 , rvhich mears low . Hypothesis tests carried out showed that the value table = 1,701 and t count = -1748 , then kno*n tcount < ttable is -1748 < l70l . Therefore concluded that tle compensation is not sienificant and negatively related to employee motivation which means that Ho is accepted . Furtherrnore, the coefficient of determination:9.8 ozi, showed a low value on the role of salary compensation to motivate employees 01'PT Nusantara Jaya Sentosa, the remaining 9l 2 ozi, is influenced by other factors .
