ABSTRACT DESIGN OF PLANTING REPORTING SYSTEM AND RESULT AGRICULTURE IN REGIONAL DISTRICT WEST BANDUNG BASED ON WEB Erlangga Zulfikar NIM: 1381003 In today's globalization era, information technology becomes an important aspect to support the work done in every field. Parongpong is one of the existing districts in West Bandung District which has a large agricultural field. Planting and harvesting reporting system is a web application that has an important role to interact with farmers in the area around the agricultural area under the auspices of the Regional Agricultural Department or the Regional Government. To help farmers determine the commodities to be planted in their available land and realize the current market price stability. The purpose of this study are 1) Can provide information on what commodities should be planted by farmers in the area of West Bandung District. 2) Can help local government of West Bandung District and farmers to do equitable planting of a commodity. 3) Can help Local Government of West Bandung District to make the price equalization of the harvest of a commodity. Design method of information system application of author using method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). From the results, the authors can draw conclusions are 1) Agricultural Service Information System designed only includes data collection reports inputted by farmers, and admin can only retrieve data in accordance with what is displayed. 2) This Information System can help Farmers to know the statistics and prediction of future prices. 3) The built information system can store data in accordance with the desired. 4) With the existence of this Information System, the Department of Agriculture will facilitate the work in monitoring the Farmers and record existing data. The advice given from the author is 1) The website address or url link is only known by certain parties only or use the official website. 2) The existence of limiting information on plant quota of a plant, in a location from the Agricultural Service of West Bandung District.
