PERANAN PENGENDALIAN INTERN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGAWASAN PERSEDIAAN OBAT-OBATAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDAR LAMPUNG

The purpose of this research were to identif, the implementation of intemal confols, to identiff inventory monitoring the effectiveness of drugs, and to identifu the role of monitoring the effectiveness of intemal control of drug supplies at Bandar Lampung Adventisr Hospital. The method used is descriptive method, which is based on the real state of the data collected, processed, utalyzed, and conclusions drawn. The data obtained through hterviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation coefficients and tests of sigaificance. From the results of research conducted by the authors, the implementation of intemal control in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital has been adequate. It can be seen from the organizational structue that separates the responsibilities, powers and procedures of record keeping system, healthy practices, and quality employees. The level of effectiveness of supervision of medical supplies Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital can be seen from the aspect of monitoring the effectiveness of medical supplies, the system of registration and acceptance of goods, control over expenditurii, the recording of which is quite thorough, physical examination of go;ds in stock, planning for replace the goods, and checking the goods' From the statistical analysis, the role of monitoring the effectiveness of intemal control of medical supplies can be obtained the following results: correlation coefficient of 6 :0.54 which means that the relationship was between the effectiveness of intemal control ard supervision of medical supplies, testing significantly between the two variables was obtained t,ount ) tgobb (2'87 >- t iZSl, wtrictr means a significant relationship between the effectiveness of intemal control oversight of medical supplies. The coeffrcient of determination indicates that contribute to the effectiveness of intemal control monitoring drug supplies by 29.16% and the remaining 70.84%o is inlluenced by other factors outside the research.
