The reseacher conducted research with the aim to find out how the inventory budget implementation, to know how inventory of medicines control activities by tooking af the effectiveness of the medicines, and to find out how the role of inrrentor-u budget managemelrt as a tool for control inventory of medicines in pharmaceutical at RS Advent Bandung. The method used is descriptive research, where data arc collected based on the rcal sihration, then processd amlyzed and finally a conclusion' Technique data collecting by interview and documentation study.
