ABSTRACT THE DESIGN OF THE ACTIVITIES SERVICES REPORTING SYSTEM OF THE SEVENTH DAH ADVENTIST CHURCH BASED ON ANDROID IN WEST INDONESIA UNION Julio Daniel Mentang 1381013 Mobile technology is a technology that is widely used by humans in this day. The advantages of mobile technology are application that can be used anywhere and easy to carry. The author uses the technology in the Seventh Day Adventist organization in (1) the problem solving of the job in delivery process as it still use paper in the work report notes, the long of delivery time, the less accurate reporting data, the security data that is still missing because it still uses paper and the difficulty of every activity undertaken by the congregation that is led by one of the pastor in the congregation. (2) Designing an example of framework system to create an android application system.(3) To create the android app to help in sending /seeing report work / the activity of congregation in GMAHK UIKB. Research methods used to design an android application system is a method of System Development Life Cycle which serve to (1) determine the request user information systems(2) Designing the system android applications (3) build the system android applications. After the Android application is successfully created, the authors hope that this application can help the work of the Church of GMAHK in a work report that guaranteed the authenticity of data that is sent. The suggestion that the author can give is to be developed back Android application that was made by adding a user can use the Android application. Keywords: Reporting, Android, mobile.
