MENGUKUR TINGKAT KEPUASAN SISWA SMP DAN SMA ATAS LAYANAN LABORATORIUM KOMPUTER DI PERGURUAN ADVENT BANDUNG

ABSTRAC computer laboratory is one of the facilities which is given by the school to support leaming process. Increasing of computer laboratory service is needed to fulfill the need and the satisfaction of the students as a users to support the student to be successful in leaming process, The purpose of this research is to know the level of satisfaction about computer laboratory sewice in Perguruan Advent Bandung. The method that have used in this research is descriptive method. Total the population are 150 all of the population have use as a respondence. Questioner that has drstributed cofiain 22 questions, that provide question about electnc capaciry' responsibility' service, facility, etc. the result ofthe questionn aire arc 2.79; it is shoe that thelevel of satisfaction of the student about computer laboratory sewice in perguruan advent bandung is satisfu. The students hope to increase the service in total of computer' electric capacity, security and freedom in laboratory to help them in get a goog grade' Keywords: level of satisfaction, service, laboratory and computer.
