At this time there are so many users of information technology products. Users and pruduct providers need the right system for storing dam process data into information with maximum capability. The researchers sought to develop a facility or infrastructure which is called cloud computing by combining multiple existing resources into a service that can help increase the availability and reliability of a system. Adventist University of Indonesia is one ofthe educational organization that uses information technology to support academic activities by using a conventional server. To increase the availability and reliability of the existing system in UNAI author wants to design private cloud technologies. The research concludes that the use of private cloud technology can improve service availability and reliability ofthe existing system.
