ABSTRACT THE DESIGN OF WEB-BASED INVENTORY SYSTEM IN UD BONA Tommy Levalesa Simbolon Nim: 1482018 The supply of unused goods or used goods is needed in a production. Inventory of certain goods cannot be imported directly when needed. Because of that, it is necessary to have an inventory of ready goods when they are going to be used. UD Bona is a store that sells all kinds of building materials. UD Bona also has a warehouse to store inventory of goods, so it requires supervision and recording of goods when the goods are going to be stored. The management problem of inventory which is often occurs in UD. Bona Company is in the presentation of the reports of the goods which still left in the warehouse and the sold goods, the error of counting is often occur. This research was conducted to create a system of inventory recording and presentation of annual report of UD Bona and designing a system that can show inventory report of goods based on input data of goods of incoming or outs which is inputted by user at company. The method which is used is SDLC modeling and it is using waterfall method. From this research the feature is generated that can help recording transactions of in and out goods into the warehouse of UD Bona warehouse so it is more easily to be understood and can display the amount of available goods and this method is used to assist in the presentation of reports more quickly and accurately. In the future, this feature is expected to be developed in connection with transaction features such as financial transactions. Keywords: Inventory, Inventory System, User, Usecase
