ANALISA PENERAPAN SISTEM TIKET ELEKTRONIK PADA OBJEK WISATA PANTAI DI KABUPATEN PANGANDARAN UNTUK MEMAKSIMALKAN PENDAPATAN SERTA PENGAWASAN YANG EFEKTIF

ABSTRACT Pangandaran Beach is a main destination that appeals for domestic and foreign tourists who come on vacation to Pangandaran Regency. Pangandaran beach is located in the southeast of West Java, exactly at Penanjung Village, Pangandaran District, West Java Province. Local governments are trying to make Pangandaran Regency is more famous in the eyes of National and International. So, Government of Pangandaran maximize the ticket sales with a number of policies. That is sells ticket with electronic ticketing system or e-ticketing system. This study aims to determine the Maximizing Income and Effectiveness of Supervision after applying Electronic Ticket System or e-ticketing on Recreation Objects in Pangandaran Regency. Data was collected through field research by distributing questionnaires, retrieving financial report data from the Department of Tourism and Culture and conducting several interviews with certain people. Calculations and analysis are processed by distributed questionnaires and income reports. The result of the analysis of Recreation Object in Pangandaran after using electronic ticketing system is more effective supervision calculated using indicator from theory W. DeLone and McLean (2003). Then, the financial statements analyzed using the comparative method and from the hypothesis test result using anova test shows the difference and it makes positive impact in average income so that it increases to be more leverage after the implementation of electronic ticketing system in Pangandaran Beach.
