XMLBad hygienic and a weak immune system made many disease suffered by common society in this time, from the ligtrr until fatal have consequent. Disease caused by staphylococcus dureus ',or only ulcer disease, abscess, acne and impetigo, but also diarrhea. In between of many bacterium having patogenic there is arso bacterium delivering advantage, this bacterium is recognized as probiotic. This research has done for the purpose of effeot at probiotic bacterium Lactobacillus acidophilus in food supplement and slreptococcus thermophilus, streptococcut acidophilus and lactobacillus bulgaricus in yogurt, versus growth rate of bacterium S, aureus, Rosearch conducted by using analysis of variance two factor by 3 repetition. Result of analysis indicate that increasing of probiotic do not have an effecr to deoeasing bqcterium s aureus growrh, wtrere utilized by significant level is 0.05.
