UJI AKTVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN EKSTRAK DAUN SUKUN (Artocarpus artilis) DENGAN METODE DPPH (1,1-DIFENIL-2-PIKRILHIDRAZIL)

This research entitled ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY TEST OF EXTRACT SUKW (Artocarpus akilis) LEAVES WITH DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2'pikrilhidrazil) has been done. Extracts used in this sndy are lhe ethanol extract, Dichlorometharc fraction and acid fraction with of 10 ppm, 20 ppm, 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 500 ppm, and 1000 ppm concentrdtions and of one and 24 hours dfter addition of DPPH. The results showed that the ethanl extacl has a significant antioxidant activity p = 0,000, and the Duncan's multiple range test sho't|,s that the concentration of200 ppm gdve the sigttificant diference. On the acid fraction arwlysis of one and 24 hours afier the dddition of DPPH solution showed significant results with p : 0,000, Duncan's multiple range test on the measurement ofone and 24 hours after addit;on of DPPH solution was found to a concentration of 1000 ppm group showed the best values of antioxidant activity of acid fraction. Dichloromethane fraction measurement of one and 24 hours afier addition of DPPH solution indicates that the results are not significant with p : 0,078. On the comparison on lhe antioxidant activity of the ethanol extract, dichloromethane fraction and the acid fraction shoved signifcant results with p : 0,000, Duncan's multiple range test result showed that the ethanol extract of measurement orv hour after the addition of DPPH solution concentration of 200 ppm gives the best antiocidant activity among the elhatnl extract, fractions and fractions dichloromethane acid in v ario us c o nce ntrations.
