ABSTRACT Design of Information System Applications in Request of Scholarship (Webbased) In Adventist University of Indonesia Written by: Majus Syateddy Putra O. Sunggu NIM: 1281031 With so many of the development and growth in technology in this era, Web-based technology was widely used for helping in bussines process in many company. Technology is usable tool in helping human work simplier, for example the matter that Adventist University Indonesia had in Request of Scholarship. Problems that occur within the Request is UNAI still using the system that is not computerized or manually. This Project aimed in (1) Simplify the process of request in scholarship for students, Vice President of Student Affair, Secretary of Vice President of Student Affair, Financial Bureau, and Rectorate. (2) Managing scholarship request to structured and computerized. Method used by this research was SDLC(System Development Life Cycle) which covers planning in building the system, analyze what needed in future system, and designing this application. With the development of this system , this application can simplify to the user that in need for requesting scholarship and writer suggested to develop this application. (1) Development From this Application is integrated with UNAI Online System. (2) may able to add more of scolarship type to Adventist University of Indonesia. (3) this system can be runned in android platform reponsively. Keywords : Scholarship Request, Information System, Web, PHP, SDLC.
