PERANAN AUDIT KEPATUHAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN FUNGSI PERSONALIA PADA RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the compliance audit, execution of persormel function at and to find out how the role of audit compliance in the implementation of the personnel fimction at Bandung Adventist Hospital. Method conducted was descriptive method, where data are collected under the real circumstances, processed, analyzed, and conclusions drawn. Data were collected through interviews, documentatiorl and questionnaires. Data were analyzd by using the Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient, significance testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The implementation of a compliance audit at Bandung Adventist Hospital has been carried out properly where an audit program, audit implementation, audit repor! and audit action has been well implemented based on established audit progams. The implementafion of the personnel functions at Bandung Adventist Hospital has been carried out properly shown on a employee relationship created very well, labor development fit with srandar{ adequate compensation for employee, maintenance of competent ernployee, and termination of employee implemented comply with the collective labor agreement between the company and trade lni6l-s. From the result of statistical analysis, the role of a compliance audit in the implementation of the personnel function is obtained the following results: correlation coefficient r, : 0,616 that have a sense of being strong and positive relationship, sigrificant test between these two variables obtained thit ns ) ttob"t (4,817 > I,686) therefore Ho is rejected. The coefficient of determination is 37,9o/o which means the level of influence of compliance audit on the implementation of the personnel function and the remaini ng 62,1Vo is caused by other factors.
