ABSTRACT APLIKASI PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM UNTUK PERSONAL COMPUTER DI PERUSAHAAN PT. KOBEXINDO TRACTORS, TBK BERBASIS WEB Daniel Adipawoko NIM : 1181023 Personal computer maintenance process in PT.Kobexindo Tractors, Tbk still using manual system that is using paper of maintenance checklist which have risk like damage and data loss to avoid unwanted things then made a system. The purpose of this system is (1) to minimize data input errors. (2) avoid damage and loss of data (3) look for data quickly, (4) help employees to view report results based on date of implementation of personal computer maintenance. The research method used is data collection method that is literature study, observation and method of software development that is classical life cycle method. The conclusion of this research is (1) the system can speed up the process of personal computer maintenance, (2) the system can store data safely, (3) the employee can search data quickly, (4) manipulate the data as needed (5) reports based on the date of implementation of personal computer maintenance.
