One of the systems that currently require the Smart Schools module is engaged in the academic who hopes to help and solve the problem of teacher performance evaluation, then built teacher evaluation system that can perform the process of teacher value processing quickly and precisely. In addition to providing information on teacher performance appraisal for the school and build the system to provide information on the overall performance of teachers in schools where teachers teach the results in the can of the average value of teacher evaluation has been done. Based on the analysis and testing conducted by the academic system is able to release the average result of the evaluation of teacher evaluation which has been done, with the number of academic system conducted by each school that the result can be collected, it will be more accurate for the assessment of each teacher who teaches the school. In the design of information systems teacher performance appraisal utilizes web-based application tools and supported by PHP programs to build sistemnnya. The resulting system can facilitate communication links quickly to be accessed anytime by web-based.
