ABSTRACT ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF ONLINE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM (E-RECRUITMENT) WEB-BASED AT PT. BRAVO SECURITY INDONESIA Ivan Royanto Hutabarat 1482006 In recent days of globalization, the need of safety is increasing, in addition to data security or information, but also physically secure. Therefore, the need of security agent service is mandatory to watch over certain place or location. In this case, PT. Bravo Security Indonesia as security agency company, seeking for many potential agents that can be deployed to various public or enterprise properties. The goal of this research is to design a recruitment system which is online-based that can be used for both applicants and human resource department at PT. Bravo Security Indonesia. The expected result from the analysis and design is, to analyze the need of information or data in recruitment process of the applicants that looking for a job in this company. The research using waterfall model that requires Recruitment Analysis, System Design, Coding, Testing, and also Support and Maintenance. The result, in a form of online recruitment system which is specialized for human resource department, because the human resource department will own needed information to assess the applicants before calling them to direct interview session. Other than to simplity the agent recruitment process, the system is expected to be able to build and process data of new security agents while simplifying and integrating them to system. And suggested for the future, the system can be developed further to recruit non-security agent employees. Keywords: e-recruitment, website-based online recruitment.
