This condition causes the website must pay attention to the quality of information, system quality, service quality to be able to create consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. A company that implements e-commerce is not only concerned about the implementation of ecommerce, but it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of service from the company itself, because the quality of good service will be the trigger of consumer satisfaction.
