MENGUKUR TINGKAT KEPUASAN NIAHASISWA ATAS LAYANAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARA.N DI UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA

ABSTRACT ln today's business world changes, the process of developing an organization one of them is to have the information system. Registration information system is one made by UNAI services to support the application process for students UNAI. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction on the service registration of information systems at Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI). The method used in this research is descriptive method. The collection of data obtained from questionnaires. The population is 1406, and questionnaires were distributed on the basis of sample is l0% X 1406 : 140- people. Questionnaires administered consisting of l6 questions, the questionnaire based on instruments that have been defined, namely: Service resources, hardwars used, the speed of intemet services, Contents Registration Information systems, and suggestions. The analysis of the entire questionnaire that is equal to 2207 which showed that the level of student satisfaction with registration and information system in UNAI less satisfactory. Therefore it is expected that existing information systems developed and manufactured more completely online.
