ABSTRACT The reason the author to conduct this study because the 2lst century is the information and communication technology is growing rapidly, and has a lot of impact in this aspect of life. One of these act affect foreign exchange (forex). the actors (traders) can actually be easier to monitor fluctuations by utilizing advanced technology at this time. without having to waste time to constantly monitor via the Website. Unfortunately, there is no trader who had the idea to make this application on android mobile phone. Therefore. the author had the idea to design applications by utilizing monitoring android apps and autonomous agent-based JADE (JAVA Agent Development Environtment). In this study, the authors offer convenience to traders. Because Trader will only be monitoring the input rule contains currency code, transaction type. condition and the desired value. When monitoring rule is met then the trader will get a notification in the Android Smartphone that is used, use of such applications can give traders time to do the work that shoutd be done without wasting time to monitor fluctuations in foreign currency directly. without fear of losing information.
