ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE FOR COMPANY LISTED IN INDOI\TESIA STOCK EXCHANGE ( CASE STI,DY : INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER ON RETURN ON EQTIITY AT PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE CoMPAI{Y IN PERJOD 2003 - 2007 ) Oleh Marthinus Ismail The purpose of the Thesis entitled above is to know and to understand influence of Capital St'uchlre to cover Debt to Equity Ratio, Degree of Operating Leverage and Total Asset Tumover on Retum on Equity at Property and Real Estate Public Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Method used in this Thesis is Explanatory-Survey. The sample are classified base on Purposive Sampling and the data are collected from 19 Companies at Propert), and Real Estate Public Sector are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in Period 2003 - 2007. This Research use multiple linear re gression. fhe conclusion at statistic test find out Debt to Equity Ratio. Degree of Operating Leverage and fotal Asset Tumover, have an influence on Return on Equity simultaneousll .
