ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF EXCIIANGE RATE, INTEREST RATES, INFLATION MOVEMENT AND GROWTH DOMESTIC PRODUCT ON SHARE PRICE PROPERTY SECTOR By Mesradi Lumban Tobing SE. NIM:1034018 This thesis was written under the guidence of DR llarman Malau MM as Supervision Commision Ilith hstability of monetary situotion which is rellected by ctlnency rate, interest rate, infation rdte and GDP growth afects chaos in economic situation. The Case above shows that mocro economic has close conelation with stock price index in the stock ntarket. The ptrpose of this reseorch is to anolyze some factors thot inluence stock price index in property sector. This reseorch emmines the effect of currency rate, interest rate, inflation rate and GDP growth in the property stock price index during period 2006 -2010. In this research the method employed is using multiple regression analysis. Historical data was taken from Indonesian Financial Statistic, Indorcsian Stock Exchange, Stotistic Center Beaurou, Bank of Indorcsia monthly report and Infunesia Capital Market Directory. The results shows that currency rote variable, interest rate, inflation rate and GDP growth has not significant inllrcnce towdrd proryrty stock price infux. Mean while currency rate inJluence 6,1%0, interest rate influence 7,801, inJlation 9,596 and GDP growth 1,7%o. For the cumulative influence of carrency rate variable, interest rote, inflation rate and GDP growth has not signficant with percentage 12,7%.
