PENIILAIN KINERJA SUPERVISOR KEPERAWATAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG

ABSTRACT This research is atmed to recognize and measure the performance of Bandung Adventist Hospital Nursing supervisors as a whole (17 nursing units ) to frnd out which dominant aspect and less dominant aspect of super'visors performance in accordance with the factors valued as well as to delermined pattern of staff development based on the result of Performance Appraisal. The object of this research is the nursing supervisors of Bandung Adventist Hospital with t7 nurses rated by 70 respondent from 40 head nurse and 2I stalf nurse. This research applied descriptive method with mean using Likert scale as the rating scale of performance analysis. Based on the result of the analysis to the Performance Appraisal which is consists of I variable and 6 sub variable has the ability to show thdt performance of the nursing supervisors as a whole is positive. Based on lhis result the nursing department of the hospital in managing its human resources should be able to give great quality contribution to the company, give appreciation to right staff, enhance strong performance and minimize weak performance and create clear communication berween top management and subordinate in job relation to achieve the goal by emphasizing on the main value of the organization.
