PENGARUH SIKAP MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT In naintaining vorking motivalion, employees' pedornance of Bandung Adveilist Hosprtal should consider some factors that related to working motivotion @rd employees' performance of Bandmg Adventist Hospital. The aim of this research is to know the efect of motivation toward employees' perfornance in Bandutg Adventist Hospttal, and to see the relation of free variable X motivatioq whetler there is an efect toward Y factor of employees' performance of Bandng Adventbt Hospital. Working motivation and employees' perfortnance of Bandung Adventist Hospital actually is good enough but it is not maximized yet and can be increased to be bener so it reaches the largel that organimtion exrycts. This research used SPSS with correlatio4 and object respondent Bandtmg Adventtst Hospital employees' with the mmtber of sanple 80 employees' of the Hospital from each deprtment which is randomly taken Calctiation method which is used based on Path Analysis. The first test is free variable X molivation toward Y employees' perfonnonce is as follow: the effect of Xl physiolog hos efect toward employees' pedormance of Bandung Advenlist Hospital toward Y employees' prformance wilh the score 0,N46 or 0,46%, X2 Secare feeling has signtficnnt efect loward Y employees' performance with the score -0,0125 or -12595, X3 Social has signrfica* efect toward Y employees' perfomance with the score 0,0544 or 5,44% and X5 Self-Actualizalion has efect toward employees' performance Y is 0,0157 or I,57%. In general this free variable X has, in fact, effect toward Y employees' pedormance in Bandtmg Adventist Hospital, bu from the fwe free variables X so variable X3 Social which has significaru efea oward Y employees' performonce of Bandmg Adventist Hospital. T'hus it is found out lhat motivation has effect toward employees' perfortnance in Bandmg Adventist Hospital, and according to the total calculation of motivalion efect loward employees' performance of Bandung Advenlist Hospital hos lhe score of28, 97% and the rest 7126 isfrom olher effecls which are nol reseurched. By looking at lhis research result so lhe management of Bandung Adventist Hospital needs lo increase the working motivation in order that employees' performance of Bandmg Adventist Hospital will reach maimum worf especially in social aspecls. By giving the seminars and training in the study of communication, has good relationship and develop good attrtude.
