He will soon end the death by His coming to t.his world. There is no oEher job in Lhis world like Lhe pastors or religious ]eader. Pastor is al-so ca1led a shepherd. Based on its language, pastor had a same meaning wiEh shepherd. In Hebrew, pasEor or "ra'ah" means: feed, shepherd, nurture, while in Greek, pastor called "pascere" means feed. A pastor is a religious leader that shepherd his congregation, feed with spiriLual food, guide it to the right way and find the losL. That is why t.he work of a Pastor is wide responsibiliEy and somehow difficult to define That important responsibility is also a challenge Eo the pastors. Coul-d he be a place where his church members' Iook at a strength when the grief happen? Is he able to be responsible Eo Ehe duty given by Jesus Christ.? f! depends to each of the individuals of Ehe pastors. To the pastors thaL feel the burden, where people make him the first person, ever to look and to expect a stsrengtsh and comfort when grief, he must feel a need to of their family members, are r,'ulnerable of losing their self-control and lose their belief in their God. IE is because grief is a painful experience and nobody wantss Eo have iE. develop hj.s ski11s, to train himself Eime to time both j-n knowledge and to surrender Eo God. To t.he pastors being high expect.ed by Ehe church members, they will make an effort noE to disappoint Eheir church members. If he fai1s, the next quest.ion is, where to these church members l-ook for spiriE.ual strength? ThaE. is why this research had been made to help t.he pastors, to obEained the expecEaE.ion of the church members to their past.or. This is writLen wiEh a simple hope t.hat. Ehe pastors will more realize the imporEance of the duty given to them boE.h by people and parEicularly by Jesus Christ to shepherding.
