Dr B.D Nainggolan, MPS Date of Completion : December 2014 Keywords : Evangelize Member Evangelism is a commandment of the Lord Jesus when He was in the world together with His disciples and was forwarded to every church denomination. Evangelism is a noble mandate to be submitted to any man or church member who has accepted Christ personaly into his life. It is an obligation that must be executed by every person who has accepted Jesus Christ personaly into his life, and this should be adopted by the people of God as something that they must be involved to each person who do not know Christ. The gospel must be proclaimed prior to His second coming to the world, it also is a sign of the return of Jesus to earth as recorded in Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come.” In carrying out the missionary activities required the involvement of every member of the church because they ere not the only duty of the governing body as a shepherd or pastor, but this work of the Savior. Christ died not only for elders or pastors of the church, but His death was for all church members, includingter those who do not yet know God. This is important to each person who should be obliged to take part of Christ’s mission assignment. Evangelism, particularly members of the Binoni congregation studied in this paper should involve them selve in the work of evangelism to add new members in the church, the faith to evangelize of every church member of Binoni will grow in faith and spirituality based on the message of the Word of God because of his judgment is according to Revelation 14: 6-7. From the results obtained in this paper under the existing 90% -100% of respondents understand clearly the meaning of evangelism in general. 96% -100% of respondents chose the goal of evangelism is to preach the gospel of God, and bringing new souls into the church and especially to God. Members of the church are also Very Agreed that every pastor of the church must also recognizes their duties that church members about their involvement as members of the church in evangelism. Based on field studies, it was found that: 1. Respondents strongly agreed to the question number 3 (Q3) on one evangelism strategy is through health services. 2. It is best received by the respondent to do evangelism is question number 6 (Q6) and question number 14 (Q14). 3. The percentage of 96% -100% respondents agreed and strongly agreed to the question number 3, number 6, number 7 and number 14. From the identification of the problem, namely: (1) An understanding of the involvement of each member in evangelism, it shows that Binoni member's participation in evangelism is less. (2) How to develop a strategy and evangelism training. The respondents ask church pastor should make an effective plan to promote evangelism in the church, so it can be seen as an invitation to church members and they strongly agreed that the church pastor should be more have the time to train church members about evangelism.
