ABSTRACT This thesis is a report of study about of the design of outgoing letters Information Sistem in the division of Retail Business Network tn PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk web based- The reason is desigrred web-based mail systems out, there is as written well yet in managing the data and evidence of record in the program. Therefore, a system desigrred to facilitate the outgoing mail in a performance at the BRI to help managed progam data system that can be used effrciently and effectively. The outgoing mail system is using zse case, which is put through in tle process of desigring fast and accurately. This process begins at the stage of system schematic character (actor), design, plot a code, and testing. The results of this design form a web.based system of outgoing mail that can store program data, the search process, evidence ofletters, automatic numbers, automafically converts the Microsoft Word format type (.doc) and Microsoft Excel (.xls). However, the system still has shortcomings, which can't be reported for each user who uses the login facility. Therefore, in the next researcher can suggest to improving the function of the system progrzrms outgoing mail, so they can finding the report outgoing letters lnformation Sistem in the divrsion login for Retail Business Network (JBR).
