XMLABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF SALARIES AND ALLOIYANCES ON THE JOB SATISFACTION OF PERMANENT EMPLOYEES AT INDONESIA ADVDNTIST UNIVERSITY, BANDUNG The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of salaries and allowances on lhe work satisfaction of permanent employees al Indonesia Adventist University, Bandung e ither partially and/or simultoneously' In conducting this study, the researcher used lhe descriptive-verifcative reseorch method whereby the data obtained was based on factual situations' processed andfurther analTzed before reaching the conclusion herein' Pursuanl to the result of this sludy of the researcher' salaries ond allouances clearly and factuatly affect employee satisfaction either partially' simullaneously or even in conjunction vith each olher' The effect of salaries on work satisfaction is 35 6% while the elfect of allowances in norf satisfaclion is 35.1% and 64,9% Other faclors are resporuible for the remaining..
