ABSTRACT QUALITY MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION AND EFFECTS ON THE PERFORJVIANCE OF IT IS REVISED TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE ON MANUFACTURING COMPANY PT. ULTRAJAYA MILK INDUSTRY & TRADING CO. LTD. (YEAR OBSERVATION PERTOD 2009 - 2011) Oleh Daniel Ernest Aprilian Siregar NIM : 1034001 This study aims to examine the effect on Total Quality Management Implementation of Total Quality Perspective Management. Object this study is a manufacturing company PT. Ultrajaya Milk lndustry & Trading Co. Limited. located in Bandung, West Java, lndonesia. This study may be modified ftom existing studies before. This study is an empirical study with the technique of a questionnaire to 40 managers in the collection of data that is cunentl,,- working on PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Co. Limited. Data obtained by giving the questionnaire to the manager, such as Production Manager and Marketing Manager, Finance Manager and the data obtained from the production and sale of manufacturing company PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Co. Limited located in Bandung. West Java. lndonesia. Data analysis was performed with the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) The results of hypothesis testing of four hypotheses suggest that there are tw'o hlpotheses proposed that there is no significant relationship and a hlpothesis that has a significant relationship. The h-vpothesis that hlpothesis 1 is the Implementation Management (X) with Core Facilitv (Yl) to the effect of 6.60oh, lmplementation Management (X) and Operational Performance (Y2) with the effect of 9.36%o, Implementation Management (X) the Financial Performance (Y3) with the effect of 37 .45o/o. And also In.rplementation Management (X) with Core Facility (Yl), Operational Performance (Y2), Financial Performance (Y3)' which has a significant effect due to the financial performance (Y3), which has a significant influence.
