ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP DIVIDEND PER SHARE DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) ( STUDI PADA INDEKS LQ 45 TAHUN 2009-2011)

ABSTRACT Dividend or capital gain is one of the goals of the investor or prospective investor in making an investment. Financial performance contained in the financial ratios are often used by investors as information in making investment decisions, and have a lot of research has been conducted to determine the factors that influence the dividend per share, but unfortunately alrvays find a result that is different and not consistent with each other, Inconsistencies are common in the ratio of financial ratios are like Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and current rario (CR) which affects the Dividend Per Share. This study aims to examine the factors CR. DER and EPS to DPS. Population in this research that all companies incorporated in Le 45 index in Indonesia Stock Exchange and is never out of the Le 45 index during the observation period of the study in 2009-201l. The sampling rechnique used purposive sampling and eliminate the data that has a value too extreme (outlier data) and obtained 69 samples of the studv. Multipte regression analysis of selected researchers in this study with the help of SPSS version l9 rvith previous data rvere examined using the classical assumption such as normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. TI.re results shor.ved that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share basis u,ith the same effect on the dividend per share b1,the coefficient of determination (R2) is 4a.7%. \\'hile partially variable current ratio has no significant effect and the dividend per share, debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect of the dividend per share, rvhile earnings per share has a positive and significant impact on dividend per share.
