Information in the form of data is very vital in various operation of a compa.ny or organization, because the data can be used to make important decision. That is why the data acquired must be accurate. The aim of this paper is to find out how important is the Medical Check Up data processing procedure at Bandar lampung Adventist Hospital. In the writing of this paper, the writer uses the on hand method by taking specific time to work at the site, by doing the certain tasks given by mentors at the Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. This paper is limited to the Medical Check Up processing procedure at Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital, as a requirement for new employees to work in a company. The Medical Check Up processing procedure begins by collecting the personal data of the patient, tien on to the Out Patient Department, next is the Laboratorium, and then physical check up by a doctor. Then, the result of the Medical Check Up is sent to the sending institution to be used as the basis for consideratron. The result of the Medical Check Up is also filed at the Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital.
