Progress of Technology affect the lifestyle, necessities of life, and environment. With the appmftmce of wireless technology realizing high mobility in the community. Mobile product is increasing in the market and wireless facilities is one ofthe standard. Data communication is required for every telecommunication activities. Variety needs to communicate especially in communication or chat text will provide an effective means. Chat application are built, using the text as data and wireless as a medium for data communication. Data synchronize is needed for the application to prevent errors in transmission or reception of data in a chat session. Aside fiom synchronize, it is also needed wireless settings on both phone to connect and commrmicate with each other. Point to point is the method that used in this application that allows multiple usen that are connected to each other in real time sending and receiving text messages. Rapidness in every sending and receiving text messages is highly depend on the capabilities of wireless on mobile users. Applications that built in this research is on mobile applications, built with 121fr, (lava2 Micro Edition). All the advantages ofjava makes this application is very light with a maximum capabiliry. This application has been running well, expected futurc research can add features in chat applications so that it can be more dynamic, user friendly, an it can save chat sessioDs that have occurred. So that it can be displayed when it's needed.
