Nowadays, the role of information systems in an organization is very crucial. The existence of infomration systems is not only beneficial for an organizatiorL but also for those outside the orgaliaation associated with the organizqtien directly or indirectly. Tbat is why, in the preparation of this mini thesis the author raised the discussion about the Church Adventist University of Indonesia ([-INAI). The writer tries to design a program for use in managing the finances at the church. Staning from offerings, tithes, also in the delivery of the financial report. The authors use the programming language PHP with MySQL. The method performed by the author of observation to review the research field in Church LINAI, interviews to obtain data related to the needs of the system" and the study of literature to obtain relevant material. With the new information system that uses a simple Prograrnming language PFIP on GMAHK Adventist University of Indonesia' it makes it easy to input data treasurer in tithes and offerings, and enable members of the congregation to get a report of the church offerings and tithes. This application is still many shortcomings, such as has not been able to show the complete frnancial information in accordance with the church that many users (multiuser), yet caD be run online, and many more that must be developed that is expected to be perforrned by subsequent researchers and could be useful for its users.
