Observation ofstock is very important to be exercised in company, especially in a manufacturing company. Observation of stock can guamntee level of security and safety in stock and can minimize mistake which might possibly happened to inventory value in a financial report. This paper aims to know the importance observation of stock in PT Durwin European Slimming Centre, Jakarta. This thing is good to be exercised by other compames because with observation, we can control production process and inventory value from time to time. ln case there is a problem on inventory, we can easily identiff the deficiency and we can solve the problem immediately. In this paper, the writer elaborates method of practice on field work obsenration of inventory in inventory room. During on the job Ms. Rike Rivanny was the supervisor, she entrusts all duties relating to observation of stock according to ability and basic knowledge which writer leamed in the classroom. The writer expects that the reader of this paper would be able to know the benefit ofobserving inventory; also this gives the writer to work better in the firture. a
