This study aimed to determine the role of a training program on labor producttvrtv qt PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). ht the process of this research, lhe teriter used descriptive method for managing data, yatu by collecting dato through queslionnaires. Questionnuires were distributed to 10 employees in the Directorate of Production Department as a respondent arul firther managed to generate the inJbrmatron needed to analwe the problem. Data processing techniques using stolistical analysis, the Spearmon rank correlation coeficient analysis, hypothesis testing l, and the coeficient rtf determiruttion.
