The purpose and objective of this writing is to find out the procedure of handling procedures in an organizational department that stores data packing slip as proof of purchase that has occurred. The method of writing used by the author is the descriptive method, namely the writer try to describe the actual state of the company based on facts and data that are then analyzed. and data which is then analyzed after which the author can draw conclusions as evidence for the writing. as evidence for the writing. In storing packing slip data, PT Indolok Bakti Utama uses the chronology method. This method uses a system according to the date of occurrence activities involving the warehouse department which plays an important role in the entry and exit of goods.
