The presence of a priest as pastor of the church is to serve God's people as sheep pasture that must be maintained properly. Second, to determine the level of understanding of the Servant of God and church activists about the work ethic of service in the Seventh-day Adventist Church to conference Seven Conferences Jakarta and surrounding area s .
