lmplementation of Servant Leadership among Church pastor, School Principal, Department Heads at the seventhday Adventist church of Jakarta conference, seems already quile satisfactory. This scientific work has been made to look realistic by conducting surveys in the form of questionnaires to 100 Church Pastor, School Principal, Department Heads. Results of the implementation analysis of Servant Leadership of Church pastor, School Principal, Department Heads at the seventhday Adventist church of Jakarta Conference is very satisfying. The details are as follows: Application of quality concepts of the Servant Leadership of Church Pastor, School Principal, and Department Heads of the 15 statements was 98o/o. Reality is stated that the leadership of the church pastor, the school principal, the Departnent Heads in connection with the servant Leadership is very satisffing. Thus only 2olo of the Church pastor, School principal, Department Heads unsatisfactory.
