ABSTRACT THEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OCCUPYING THE LOWEST PLACE AND THE HIGH PLACE IN THE HEAVEN KINGDOM IN MATTHEW 5:19 IN THE CIVIL ENTERTAINMENT OF CIPARAY BANDUNG Auster Apul Tiroy Situmorang NIM: 1311012 In this study, the author examines the interpretation of "occupying the lowest and high place in the kingdom of heaven" which is based in the Book of Matthew 5:19. This research includes 3 parts namely; (1) The word break the commandment of the Law. Some scholars argue differently about the word disregarding the commandments of the Law. Some say that negating is a violation, but some say destructive. The Law says that there are 5 Moses books but that say 10 moral laws; (2) The word the Kingdom of Heaven. Some scholars claim that it is a spiritual Kingdom while others say that it is the heavenly Kingdom of Heaven that is above the sky; (3) The word occupies the high place and the lowest place in the Kingdom of Heaven. Some scholars claim that Heaven has Levels, some claim that in the kingdom of Heaven there is a status and some claim that these two things are not true, because they are inconsistent with the understanding of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Some researchers or theologians have an understanding that evokes theories that are contrary to the teachings of the Bible. It is for this reason that the writer conducts this research so that His people will understand well the teachings of the Bible so as not to be confused or misled with theories that are contrary to the teachings of the Bible. The author divides this research into two parts, namely research theory and field research. The results of the theory of theories occupy the lowest place and the high places in the Kingdom of Heaven found that the context of Matthew 5 is the sermon of Jesus on the hill, a message of the life of the followers of Christ. Break the smallest of the commandments of the Law means making changes to it, the law that Jesus meant here is the 10 moral laws. Jesus is regarded as the one who abolishes the Law, especially the fourth law of the Sabbath. Jesus often performed healing or good deeds on the Sabbath. Jesus is defending Himself on that charge by saying "whoever omits the smallest of the commandments of the law and teaches it to others also will occupy the lowest place in the kingdom of heaven." Jesus wants to reveal Himself not a Person Which abolished the law. The kingdom of heaven in this case is a partial word of Jesus' preaching on the hill, so it is a spiritual kingdom, which is the message of the life of the followers of Jesus. The kingdom that Jesus was standing on earth, the Kingdom of Grace. Jesus is not addressing the heavenly kingdom above, the physical Kingdom. A source of salvation for mankind. To occupy the lowest place and high place in the Kingdom of Heaven is not to say that Heaven has levels or differences in status and rank. The word occupied in the original language is "Klētēsetai" translated into english is "called." The Kingdom of Heaven referred to in that verse is the spiritual Kingdom, it certainly does not concern the levels or status in the kingdom of heaven physically that is above the sky . The high place in the verse, is an imprecise translation, which should be translated by being called large. The lowest place in the verse is an improper translation, too, which should be translated as small. The significance of occupying the lowest place in the Kingdom of Heaven is, He calls minor or disdainful people who abolish the commandments of the Law. To occupy a high place in the kingdom of heaven means that Heaven praises them because they obey and teach it to others. No one can enter Heaven, by his actions that abolish the Law. Results of field research conducted through questionnaires distributed to 30 members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of the Ciparay Bandung Church. Coesioner on the meaning of abolishing the law, the result of the whole mean value of S1 (3.9); S2 (3.93); S3 (3.8); S4 (4.23) S5 (3.97). Divided 5 then the result is show the number of 3966 with the interpretation agree. The questionnaire on the meaning of the Kingdom of Heaven in Matthew 5:19 begins with the statement S6 (4.37); S7 (4.23); S8 (4.03); S9 (3.43); S10 (4.2) divided by 5 then the result shows 4.052 with interpretation agree. The co-senseary of meaning occupies the lowest place in the Kingdom of Heaven beginning with the statement of S11 (3.13); S12 (2.83); S13 (3.13); S14 (3,5); S15 (3,4) divided by 5 then the result is show the number 3,198 with hesitant interpretation. Koesioner meaning of occupying a high place in the Kingdom of Heaven begins with the statement of S16 (3.73); S17 (4.07); S18 (3.6); S19 (4.37) divided by 4 then the result is show the number 3,9425 with the interpretation agree. The questionnaire containing 19 point statements yields a data that can be concluded that respondents lack a good understanding of interpretation occupying the high places and the lowest places in the Kingdom of Heaven.
