The pulposc this research rvas tc know net working capital, to know level of profitability, to know correlation working caprtal to the level of profitability, and to know the effect of working capital on profitability level at PT. Jasamedika Saranatama. The method used by the author is descriptive method. Net rvorking capital at PT. Jasamedika Saranatama 2008 has decreased while net rvorking capital from 2009 until 2013 has increased every year. The level of profitabiiity at PT. Jasamedika saranatama years 2007-2013 had fluctuated for each 1,ears. Retum on assets (ROA) the highest during period 2007- 2013 had founded in 2012 amounted Rp. 0.33, while the lowest was in 2009 amounted Rp. -0.i l. Return on equity (ROE) the hrghest durine period 200'7 -2013 had founded rn 2010 amounted Rp. 0.93, while the lorvest rvas in 2009 amounted Rp. -1365 Net profit margin (NPM) the highest du;rng period 2007-2013 hatt founded in 2011 amounted Rp. 0.3 5, while the lowest rvas in 2009 amounted Rp. - 0 74. Based on the statistical analysis of the correlation coefficient, relatrons net working capital rvith ROA, the value of (r) : 0.913 and SPSS signrficance tests based t o*, (4.99'7)> t,,,hr" (2.015) then there has a significant relationship betrveen working capital wrth ROA, Ho rvas rejected and Ha accepted. Relation rvorkrng capital with ROE. the value of (r) : 0.420 and SPSS significance resrs based t*unr(1,035) < t"bt" (2.015) then there has no signrficant relations betrveen working capital rvith ROE, I{o accepted and Ha was rejected.
