ANALISIS PENGARUH DIMENSI JASA PARKIR TERHADAP PENJUALAN JSA PERKIR PADA CIMAHI MALL, CIMAHI

This research was done to know how the company implement the activities related to parking services dimension, to know the volume development and the lnfluence of parking services dimension to parking service sales. The researcher used descriptive method, primary data and secondary data are collected through written resources and interview, and library reseach. For hypothesis testing, and to check the correlation coefficient, the reseach used Mulfi Correlation and F. test. The parking sewice dimension of Cimahi Mall consist of: the parking rate, where being gotten by the determination of the rate that was different on the group of the different vehicle; the vehicle unit, where the number of vehicle numbers thar entered the area of the car park influenced the number of incomes of the car park that came every time; parking duration that was used by each vehicle will influence the size of the consumer's payment. The parking sales at Cimahi MaIl change every month. The biggest rise was happened in December 2007 of 138% and the biggest decline happened in October 2009 of 44o/o. Was based on the analysis of statistics then was known the equality of linear multi regression was Y = -26yr4ll3 + 5963 of Xr + 920 Xz that was significant that the influence of the variable Xr (parking rate) and Xz Garking duration) against the Y Variable (parking sales) was positive. The conelation coefficient between the parking rate (Xr), the unit (X2), parking duration (X, with the sale (Y) respectively of 0,551; 0,820; 0,718; the correlation coefficient between the parking service dimension (X) and the parking sales (Y) of 0'981 its meant that they was have a skong relation. Was based on the hypothetical test it was known Fv;;r = 167.97 and Frrur" : 3.10. Because of F1es, > Fs56, then [16 was not supported that meant that the relations were sigrificant and positive between the X variable and Y. The determination coefficient (Kd) : 0,962 meant the change in the sale it was demonstrated by the change in the parkng service dimension of 96.2%o where as 3.87o were shown by the other factor apart from the research.
