PT. Asian Isuzu Casting Center is a company that produces some parts of car machine, especially for a car brand Panther. The purpose of this research is to analyzed the financial statements financial performance and to know how a company's financial performance is being measured for the penod 2004 to 2007 . The researcher used descriptive method, rvhere in all data gathered were based on facts, data collected were processed, analyzed, and concluded. Data were obtained through interview and documentation study. Data were processed through qualitative method. Data include Balance Sheet and lncome Statement from 2004 to2007. Ratios analyzed were liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, activity ratio, and profitability ratio. Also honzontal and vertical analysis rvere done in analyzing the Financial Statements at PT. Asian lsuzu Casting Center. The company's financial performance in general is sufficiently satisf,ing, because most of ratio are attaining the average industry ratio as the standard measurement. The financial result ofthe company is always net income. Based on analysis there are ratios below the standard, these are current ratto, quick ratio and cash rafio in 2004, Solvability in 2004, average collection periode in 2004 and 2005, total assets tumover in 2004 and 2006, operating income ratio tn2006, net profit margin in 2004 and, 2006, rate of retum on investment in 2004 and 2006, rate of retum on equity in 2004 and2006.
