ABSTRACT INFLUENCE OF LEARNING ENVIROMENT AND HEADMASTER’S LEADERSHIP TOWARD STUDENTS’ LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS ON PERGURUAN ADVENT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN BANDUNG Yulica Liswarni Saragi NIM:1634008 The goal of this study is to know (1) how the learning environment of the students on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung, (2) how the headmaster’s leadership on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung, (3) how the learning achievements of students on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung, (4) how learning environment can influence students’ learning achievements on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung, (5) how headmaster’s leadership can influence students’ learning achievement on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung, and (6) how learning environment and headmaster’s leadership simultaneously influence students’ learning achievement on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung. This study uses descriptive method by utilizing quantitative-associative approach. The data were collected through questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study were students in class X and XI in SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung wth sample amount of 124 students. The results showed that (1) the learning environment of the students on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung were categorized as “good” by 82%, (2) the headmaster’s leadership was classified as “good” by 83%, (3) the students’ learning achievements were rated “good” by 81.64% (4) by comparing the tscore > ttable of 2.360 > 1.97960 which means that there was influence of learning environment toward students’ learning achievements, (5) meanwhile comparing tscore > ttable of 2.037 > 2.02269 which means that there were influence of headmaster’s leadership toward students’ learning achievements, (6) by simultaneously, it was found the score of Fscore > Ftable by 3.157 > 3.07 that showed significant influence of learning environment and headmaster’s leadership altogether toward students’ learning achievement on SMA Perguruan Advent in Bandung.
