ABSTRACT ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN GANGGUAN ISOLASI SOSIAL: MENARIK DIRI PADA Nn. R DENGAN SKIZOFRENIA DI RUANG MERPATI RUMAH SAKIT JIWA PROVINSI JAWA BARAT Deni Setiawan Butarbutar 1752003 Background: Withdrawal is an act of releasing both attention or interest in the social environment directly which can be temporary or permanent. So withdrawing is a situation where someone finds it difficult to foster relationships and avoid interaction with other people directly that can be temporary or permanent. Purpose: This scientific work can apply nursing care to Ms. R with social isolation disorder: withdrawal. Method: Case study method by collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation. Diagnosis: Nursing diagnoses that appear on Ms. R namely: Impaired social isolation: withdrawal. Planning is arranged according to the client's nursing problem. Implementation is carried out according to the plan drawn up. All interventions can be applied in accordance with existing conditions. Conclusion: The collaboration of nurses, families and patients is needed for the success of nursing care. Suggestions that families and nurses can always provide effective support for clients in undergoing therapy programs. Keywords: Disruption of social isolation: withdrawal
