ABSTRACT NURSING CARE TO Mr. "R" AND Mr. "V" WITH INTERFERENCE OF DIGESTION SYSTEM: APENDISITIS IN WEST WING IV AT ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG Arranged by: Meivia Rahmadillah 1752009 Nursing Diploma III Study Program Adventist University of Indonesia Background: appendicitis is inflammation due to infection of the appendix or appendix. This infection can affect men and women. At puberty and 25 years, men are at higher risk for appendicitis. The incidence of acute appendicitis occupies the highest case in cases of abdominal emergencies, so it requires immediate surgical treatment to prevent complications. The rate of appendicitis in developed countries is higher compared to developing countries. Objective: to find out the picture and gain experience in treating two appendicular patients with pre-post Appendectomy. Method: this paper is a descriptive case study. This research was conducted at West Wings IV at Bandung Adventist Hospital with 2 participants pre-post surgery Appendectomy patients with appendicitis, within 8 hours for 3 and 5 days conducted on 2-6 December 2019. Results: The results of the study found that both patients complained of right abdominal tenderness. The main diagnosis that appears on Mr. R and Mr. V namely Acute Pain. Planning is arranged according to the patient's patient problem. After the implementation is carried out according to the plan prepared in the nursing plan, all interventions can be applied in accordance with existing conditions. Conclusion: Conclusions from the results of nursing care performed on two patients, patients Mr. R and Mr. V with Pre-Post Surgery Appendectomy with the main problem Acute Pain ie the problem experienced by the patient is resolved.
