Many diseases zuffered by sociay in this time, one of thern-is Dabetes Melitus. This disease is marked with glucose rate exceeding the nonnal value (hiperglikemia). This is a chronic disease, with patients from all level of generation. Many medication given to cure this diseases, like Sallot corm (Allium Cepa) in this study. Animal used in this shtdy masculine mice Balb/c, weighing 20-25 g. M€ncit re divided into 5 goup, each group was given l0 ml. group I was given water (acted as confiol), group II was pjvet l5o/o of the shdlot juice (boiled), group m wrth 20%, goup IV wtth 25%, and for comparable a group was given a regular diabetic medicine (fto-,Decm). The mcthod of the study is a laboratory experimental. T-Test was used to analped the variables. The findings of the sudy shows that there are no significant effect. However, a descriptive observation on the dat4 shows rhat the higher the concentration of the reatment the betler the result (lowers the bloo'd glucose coocentration of the mice).
