ABSTRACT TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYSIS OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL USING COBIT 5 FRAMEWORK WITH MONITOR, EVALUATE, ASSESS (MEA01) DOMAIN Frecky Sugiharto 1682030 Bandung Adventist Hospital is a part of the Adventist Health System Asia health service network. In 1986 the Hospital began using a DOS-based application system, CLIPPER. This study aims to determine how the Analysis of Management Control Level Top Hospital Management Information System at Bandung Adventist Hospital Using Framework COBIT 5, Domain MEA01. Samples taken were 56 people from all populations consisting of 515 hospital employees who used information systems. The data of this study were collected through a questionnaire that had been distributed to respondents consisting of 56 people. In data processing supported by framework COBIT 5, Domain MEA01 for testing data and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that the Bandung Adventist Hospital of Hospital Management Information System has a capability level at level 2, which means the hospital information system has been running based on planning, monitoring and adjustments, but the achievement of the current process is not as expected. There is a gap or different levels of capability between current and expected, the hospital needs to increase the existence of monitoring and evaluation on a regular basis so that the current system can meet the expectations and goals of the hospital.
